to Hana, either stop
in Paia for breakfast or dinner. There's an eclectic variety
of places to eat. For breakfast, Charley's
is always a big hit with their enormous pancakes and omelets.
For
dinner on your way back from Hana, try the Paia Fish Market
or Flatbread Pizza. Both locations are at the traffic light
in Paia.
Also at the traffic light is the famous Ono Gelato. All are
easy to find!
One
of the most spectacular locations on Maui is at the top of
Haleakala volcano. Where else in the world can you go from
sea level to over 10,000 feet in just 32 miles!

Bay Is Excellent For West Maui Snorkeling!
If
you're staying on the west side of Maui, you must visit Honolua
Bay. It's a spectacular place to spend an early
morning either snorkeling or just enjoying the view. It's
not far from the Kaanapali
Resort Area, or the condos and resorts in Honokowai,
Kahana, Napili and Kapalua.
La
Perouse Bay - Southwest Maui Is
A Beautiful Snorkeling & Hiking Location!
If
you're staying on the southwest side of Maui, make sure you
visit La
Perouse Bay. It's straight through Makena and all
the way until the road ends. Go early in the morning, and
there's a chance you might see Spinner Dolphins resting and
playing the calm waters of the bay.

on Maui stops as sunset approaches, and gets their camera
ready for the spectacular
sunsets. Yes, Maui is famous for incredibly bright

Along
Hwy. 30 from the tunnel to Olawalu is a nice stretch of sandy

is located on the north side of the Kaanapali
Beach Resort area and is oceanside to the Sheraton

waters are very calm in the morning hours, the beach and snorkel
area are often very crowded, but there is a spectacular view
of the Hawaiian islands of Lanai and Molokai

Rock is the one place on Maui where you'll always see underwater

Beach Near Paia Is For Surfers & Kite Boarders!
You
can't swim much here, as the water is really rough most of
the
time. But it's a great place to stop and watch surfers and
Kite Boarding.
The
waters of Maui offer incredible views
of fish, turtles, dolphins seals - all just off the many sandy
beaches of the island. Make sure have an underwater digital
camera to fully experience the incredilbe sealife after you've
returned home.
